The Indoor Lite car cover is a stretch-fit solution that protects your car indoors. While not tailored, it's ideal for storage facilities or as a quick, easy option, ensuring a dust-free finish when you next use your car.
Universal Cover Fit
Please note these are semi-fit covers and are made to universal sizing and shape with no pockets for your wing mirrors. Simply select your desired size out of the options. We recommend Small for extra small vehicles such as original mini coopers and Fiat 500's. Medium for modern Mini's and hatchbacks. Large for most modern saloons and sportcars. XL for SUV's.
The current lead time is 3-5 working days on standard covers delivered directly to you.
Colours & Customisation
The Indoor lite is available in red, black and grey as standard however bespoke colours are available on request with longer lead times and MOQ’s. You can also customise your cover with a logo and upgraded storage bag.
Customised Logo

Stretch Fit
The Indoor Lite is our universal fit car cover, designed to offer a practical and flexible solution for indoor protection. Made from a super stretchy fabric, it easily stretches over your vehicle to provide a snug fit, regardless of its shape or size. While it’s not tailored like our other covers, its versatile design makes it ideal for quick and convenient use. Available in a range of sizes, the Indoor Lite is also the perfect solution for car storage facilities with multiple vehicles, offering reliable dust and scratch protection across a variety of car shapes.

1. Is there a MOQ quantity for your Universal Car Covers?
There is no MOQ on the universal covers please call the sales team if you need to discuss larger quantities or a custom colour requirement.
2. Do the Car Covers come with a Storage Bag?
Yes, all our covers have their own storage bags made from the same fabric and colour as the full cover
3. How do I know which end is the front for my car cover?
Each cover has an ID label sewn into it that denotes the front of the car for fitting.
4. What benefits are there to having an indoor car cover?
The Indoor cover gives your car protection from dust and debris in the garage. Helps to prevent against the scratches and minor knocks, whilst protecting your investment and helping to reduce future depreciation.
5. What if I don't know which size to purchase and hesitant to checkout?

6. Once I order will it be shipped directly to me?
Yes, simply checkout and fill in your delivery details. We accept all types of credit cards and have ApplePay. Your order will be shipped directly to you within 2-3 business days. Please note custom orders with logos may take 5-7 working days.

Returns Policy
Here at Lusso Concierge (Group we do our best to ensure customers are satisfied with the products they purchase and any faults on our part are dealt with swiftly and efficiently. RETURNS POLICY – NON TAILORED COVERS / GOODS:
14 DAYS RETURN POLICY:
In the unlikely event of you wishing to return an item to us, please contact us to discuss and ensure that you send items back via Recorded Delivery. This will ensure that you have proof of postage and can also obtain proof of delivery. We will confirm in writing the correct return delivery address.
If for whatever reason you do not like an item when it arrives, or it is damaged in transit, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it and we will issue a refund or replacement (provided that no personalisation has been carried out). Note however, that costs of return will not be refunded.
All unwanted goods and items shall be returned at the purchaser’s own expense. No ‘Postage and Packing’ costs, of any kind, will be included in the refund price of the returned good/s or item/s.
Items that go missing in the post will not be considered to have been returned to Lusso Concierge (Group) Ltd. Safe delivery of returned goods is the full responsibility of the sender, and any such lost items will need to be claimed for by the sender. Lusso Concierge will take no responsibility for items that go missing whilst in transit. For this reason we advise that all returning items are given full postal insurance.
A full refund or exchange will be given provided that the items have not been damaged or used and returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Please also enclose a copy of your invoice together with details as to why you are returning your order and how you wish to have the matter resolved.
Items with defects of material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our discretion as covered under the manufacturers warranty.
Guarantees & Repairs Policy
WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES
All Lusso Concierge car cover products are covered by a 1 year Manufacturing Warranty and Fabric Guarantee from the date of delivery. This covers the performance of the fabric and the construction will not degrade during this period due to issues arising in manufacture or a fabric fault. This does not apply to wear and tear and storm damage.
Our fabrics have all been tested under British standards. Covers used outside of the UK are not covered by our Manufacturers Warranty.
Fabrics and Warranties are not valid when a product is purchased second hand or has been modified/repaired by a third party.
Towing Protectors must only be used for towing purposes; they are not intended as storage covers. A Towing Protector used for storage purposes will invalidate the Warranty and Specialised Covers will not be responsible for issues with the cover due to misuse.
The Manufacturers Warranty includes faults that can occur due to a manufacturing error. Examples include: faulty buckles/straps, faults with seams (causing the cover to leak), access points being in the wrong location.
Any manufacturing fault must be reported to Lusso Concierge within 1 year. If a manufacturing fault is reported AFTER a year, then a cover would NOT be covered for a Warranty repair.
HEAT DAMAGE TO THE COVER
Due to increasing temperatures in the UK we can no longer guarantee the fabrics performance if left on in temperatures exceeding 25 degrees celsius. The ambient air temperature is not reflected in the cover temperature as these will be significantly higher if left in direct sunlight and can be almost double that of the air temperature.
Therefore please note covers should be removed to prevent damage to the cover fabric which will reduce the covers life span if the temperatures are above 25 degrees celsius . Higher UV stable fabrics are available on request and incur additional costs per cover. If a cover has been left out in extreme temperatures it will not be covered under its warranty and can be tested to confirm heat damage has occurred.
SOLAR PANEL HEAT DAMAGE
If your cover has a Perspex solar panel, please note that due to rising temperatures in the UK during the spring and summer months, it should not be used. While the Perspex is tested to withstand temperatures over 90°C, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight appears to cause the panels to become even hotter. This can soften the Perspex, making it malleable, and as it cools, it may crack, leading to water ingress. To prevent damage, we recommend using covers with solar panels only during the autumn and winter months.
WHAT THE FABRIC GUARANTEE COVERS
- Failed performance of fabric (such as water leaking through the fabric due to a fabric fault)
- Delamination of the fabric (where the layers of fabric start to separate therefore fabric not fit for purpose)
WHAT THE FABRIC GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER
- Weather damage
- Stone chippings
- Sharp objects protruding through the fabric (such as bike racks/aerials)
- Animal/rodent scratches or bites
- Wear and tear
- Misuse
- Or any 3rd party damage
COVER FIT ISSUES
Please note that if a cover is returned due to a perceived fit issue and we are able to fit the cover with no issues, the error is due to the fitting instructions not being followed correctly or other factors beyond our control. In these situations the customer will be charged for the collection and re delivery of the product. This will be a standard charge of £25 for collection and return of the cover within mainland UK.
OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIRS
Repairs are available on a case by case basis. Due to the nature of the products we manufacture, we must ensure the factory and machinery remains clean at all times. Used covers can damage machinery; therefore we cannot risk bringing dirty products into the factory so every repair must be initially assessed.
Any cover returned for repair MUST be clean and dry for us to complete the repair. Dirty covers will not be accepted and will be returned at cost to the customer.
Once a cover has passed its Warranty/Fabric Guarantee we are unable to offer free repairs. If a cover is outside its Warranty/Guarantee period and the cover is clean and in good condition, a repair can be made at a cost to the customer. The cost for this will be quoted on a case by case basis.
Lusso Concierge DO NOT offer an alteration service. A cover cannot be altered due to a change of vehicle or request for a caravan solar panel, once the cover has been manufactured.
Repairs must be approved prior to any work being undertaken in-order-to ensure the cover is suitable to be brought into the factory. If you are unsure, call our team who will discuss your repair requirements.
